Product Details

The BBP 2627K is a drum brake self-adjuster repair kit engineered to restore the self-adjusting mechanism in drum brake systems. This kit replaces worn, corroded, or damaged adjuster components, helping maintain consistent brake shoe-to-drum clearance and reliable stopping performance.

How It Works:

As brake shoe linings wear over time, the shoes must travel farther to contact the drum. The self-adjusting mechanism automatically compensates for this wear by repositioning the shoes closer to the drum surface. When the adjuster components become worn or corroded, braking performance degrades and pedal travel increases — this kit restores proper function.

Key Features:

  • Designed to match original equipment (OE) specifications for proper fit and function
  • Replaces worn, fatigued, or corroded self-adjuster hardware
  • Includes the necessary components to rebuild the self-adjusting mechanism
  • Helps restore consistent brake pedal feel and stopping performance
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed original factory safety standards

The BBP 2627K drum brake self-adjuster repair kit is a reliable solution for restoring drum brake hardware to factory performance specifications.

Quick delivery easy to use site

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews. However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Shipping was fast and received tires in a couple of days. Great prices also.

Great experience! Good price on tires, and fast shipping.
