Walker Products 256-1270 Air Conditioning Pressure Switch

The Walker Products 256-1270 is a precision-engineered air conditioning pressure switch designed to monitor refrigerant system pressure and protect A/C components from damage. This switch acts as a critical safety device, cutting power to the compressor clutch when system pressure falls outside of safe operating parameters.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for worn or failed OE pressure switches
• Monitors high and low side refrigerant pressure to prevent compressor damage
• Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
• Quality tested to ensure proper electrical connectivity and pressure response
• Helps maintain optimal A/C system efficiency and longevity

Walker Products manufactures this pressure switch using durable materials designed to withstand under-hood temperature extremes and vibration. Proper pressure switch function is essential for protecting expensive A/C compressors from low refrigerant conditions and preventing system over-pressurization that can cause hose or seal failure.
