Product Details

The Exergy E04 40204 is an improved CP4.2 high-pressure fuel injection pump designed to address the known reliability issues of factory CP4.2 pumps. This upgraded pump features enhanced internal components and improved metallurgy to provide superior durability and performance in demanding diesel applications.

Key Features:

  • Improved internal components over OEM CP4.2 design for enhanced reliability
  • Upgraded metallurgy and tighter manufacturing tolerances
  • Designed to prevent catastrophic pump failure that can contaminate the entire fuel system
  • Direct replacement for factory CP4.2 pumps
  • Maintains proper fuel pressure for optimal engine performance
  • Engineered for high-performance and heavy-duty diesel applications

The CP4.2 pump is a critical component of modern common-rail diesel fuel systems, and the Exergy improved version provides peace of mind with superior construction quality. This pump is ideal for those looking to upgrade from a factory pump or replace a failed unit with a more reliable solution.

I've had a really good experience dealing with Boat Plecity The product they sent me is exactly what I ordered. I have installed it and it works perfectly. Thank you again.

Good product

Good product and price

Website said the system I ordered was different from what the order confirmation said. I called customer service who said they could not confirm what was shipped and told me to send inquiry via email. In the end the system fit, but If you are not going to help customers over the phone, don't have a customer service number!

thankyou
