Brembo 1MD.8044A2 GT Series Big Brake Kit - 4-Piston Front

The Brembo 1MD.8044A2 is a GT Series front big brake kit engineered for drivers who demand superior stopping power on the street or track. Part of Brembo's renowned Gran Turismo upgrade line, this kit replaces the entire front corner brake assembly with motorsport-derived components designed for maximum thermal performance, fade resistance, and pedal feel.

Key Features:

• 4-Piston Fixed Aluminum Calipers: Multi-piston opposed-piston design delivers more uniform pad wear and precise braking force modulation compared to OEM floating calipers
• 2-Piece Oversized Rotors: Floating disc design with aluminum alloy hat reduces unsprung mass for improved handling and minimizes thermal stress
• Advanced Venting System: Exclusive rotor venting technology improves cooling capacity and increases resistance to thermal shock cracking by over 40%
• High-Performance Brake Pads: Included high-friction compound pads are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures while maintaining consistent bite
• Metal-Braided Brake Hoses: Stainless steel braided lines reduce brake fluid expansion under pressure for a firm, consistent pedal
• Complete Hardware Kit: Includes all necessary mounting brackets, adapters, and fasteners for installation
• Compatible with ABS and Traction Control: Engineered to integrate seamlessly with factory safety systems

The calipers feature an anodized aluminum construction and display the iconic Brembo logo, adding an aggressive, high-performance appearance behind the wheel. The kit is backed by a 2-year warranty and is verified as genuine via Brembo's QR-code-based Brembo Check authentication system. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper rotor alignment and optimal system performance.
