Brembo 1JD.9028A2 GT Series Big Brake Kit

The Brembo 1JD.9028A2 is a GT Series Big Brake Kit engineered for drivers who demand race-derived stopping power on the street or track. Developed from Brembo's decades of motorsport experience, this complete brake upgrade system replaces the factory corner assembly with oversized rotors, high-performance aluminum calipers, and all supporting hardware for a direct bolt-on installation.

Key Features:

• Aluminum radial-mounted fixed calipers with opposed pistons for even brake force distribution, greater stiffness, and uniform pad wear
• Oversized 2-piece floating rotors with an exclusive ventilation system that improves cooling capacity and increases resistance to cracking from thermal shock
• Slotted or cross-drilled rotor finish to continuously refresh the pad surface, dissipate heat, and eliminate brake dust and gases
• High-performance brake pads with specific friction compounds optimized for both street and track use — outlasting OEM pads while reducing brake fade
• TÜV/DOT-homologated stainless steel braided brake hoses for precise, firm pedal feel
• CNC-machined caliper adapters, high-quality fastener hardware, and all necessary installation components included
• Available caliper finish options include red, black, silver, and yellow for a distinctive appearance behind the wheel

The Brembo GT Series kit's increased thermal capacity dramatically reduces brake fade under repeated hard stops, delivering consistent, predictable braking performance. The floating 2-piece rotor design allows for thermal expansion and contraction, minimizing the risk of warping under extreme conditions. Built to the same exacting standards Brembo applies to OEM braking systems for the world's leading performance and supercar manufacturers, the GT Series BBK represents the benchmark in high-performance street and track brake upgrades.
