Brembo 1BD.8008A1 GT Series Big Brake Kit

The Brembo 1BD.8008A1 is a high-performance GT Series Big Brake Kit engineered for drivers who demand superior stopping power on the street and track. Drawing on Brembo's decades of motorsport experience as the benchmark supplier to Formula 1 and the world's leading production car brands, this kit delivers a significant braking upgrade over stock systems.

Key Features:

• Aluminum Radial-Mounted Fixed Calipers — Opposed-piston design ensures even brake force distribution, greater rigidity, and uniform pad wear
• Oversized Brake Discs — Upsized rotors with dedicated slotted or drilled patterns improve heat dissipation and continuously refresh the pad surface for a stable friction coefficient
• Exclusive Ventilation System — Engineered cooling architecture increases resistance to thermal shock-induced cracking by over 40% compared to standard rotors
• High-Performance Brake Pads — Included pads are optimized to deliver maximum grip across a wide range of driving conditions, from daily commuting to demanding track sessions
• Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines — DOT/TUV-approved hoses reduce fluid absorption for a firmer, more responsive pedal feel and improved modulation
• Complete Hardware Kit — Includes CNC billet caliper adapters, aircraft-quality mounting brackets, and all necessary installation fasteners
• Brembo Check Authenticity — Features a unique QR code label for verification via the Brembo Check app, confirming genuine Brembo components

The GT Series system is designed and tested specifically for track-day enthusiasts and performance-focused drivers. Radial-mounted fixed calipers and oversized discs provide increased braking torque and greater thermal capacity, resulting in more immediate, decisive braking that performs consistently lap after lap. Painted calipers displaying the Brembo logo give the kit an unmistakably sporty visual presence behind open-spoke wheels.
