Rheem-Ruud 9375721039 Condensate Overflow Float Switch

The Rheem-Ruud 9375721039 is an OEM condensate overflow float switch designed for use in Rheem and Ruud air handler systems. This safety device monitors the condensate drain pan and automatically shuts down the outdoor unit when it detects water overflow, preventing potential structural damage and water leaks.

Key Features:

• Detects condensate drain blockage or overflow conditions
• Automatically shuts off outdoor HVAC unit to prevent water damage
• Genuine OEM replacement part for Rheem and Ruud air handlers
• Essential safety component for horizontal and attic-mounted installations
• Protects against condensate pan overflow due to clogged drain lines

This float switch is particularly important for air handler installations in attics, closets, or other locations where condensate overflow could cause significant damage to ceilings, walls, or floors. When the float rises due to water accumulation in the emergency drain pan, the switch opens the control circuit and prevents the system from operating until the condensate issue is resolved.
