Airtex 8H1064 HVAC Blend Door Actuator

The Airtex 8H1064 is a direct-fit replacement HVAC blend door actuator designed to restore proper temperature and airflow control to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This actuator replaces the original failed unit with a precisely engineered component built to OE specifications.

The blend door actuator is a small electric motor and gear assembly that receives commands from the vehicle's climate control module. It precisely positions the blend door inside the HVAC housing to regulate the mix of heated and cooled air delivered to the cabin vents, allowing the driver to achieve their desired cabin temperature.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — matches original actuator mounting, connector, and range of motion
• Precision electric motor and gear assembly for accurate blend door positioning
• Restores proper temperature regulation and airflow direction
• Built to OE specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Plug-and-play installation with no modification required

Common symptoms of a failing blend door actuator include inability to adjust cabin temperature, inconsistent airflow, or a repetitive clicking or tapping noise from behind the dashboard. Replacing the actuator with the Airtex 8H1064 resolves these issues and returns full climate control functionality.
