Wells 8H1064 HVAC Blend Door Actuator

The Wells 8H1064 is a direct-fit replacement HVAC blend door actuator designed to restore proper temperature and airflow control to your vehicle's climate system. This small electric motor assembly connects to the HVAC control module and precisely positions the blend door to achieve the correct mix of heated and cooled air directed to the cabin vents.

A failing blend door actuator is one of the most common causes of temperature control problems in a vehicle, often presenting as an inability to change cabin temperature, inconsistent airflow, or a repetitive clicking or tapping noise from behind the dashboard. Replacing it with the Wells 8H1064 eliminates these symptoms and returns full climate control functionality.
