Hepu 07L 127 025 N Mechanical High Pressure Fuel Pump HPFP Direct Injection HP5613

The Hepu HP5613 (07L 127 025 N) is a mechanically driven high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) engineered as a direct-fit replacement for Audi direct-injection engines. This engine-mounted pump pressurizes low-pressure fuel from the in-tank supply pump to the high operating pressures required by gasoline direct injection (GDI) systems, ensuring precise fuel delivery to the injectors under all driving conditions.

The pump is mounted on the cylinder head and is actuated mechanically by the engine camshaft. It is designed to serve both the left and right cylinder bank positions on applicable engines, and connects to the engine management system via a PWM-controlled signal for dynamic pressure regulation.

Key Features:

• Mechanically driven, engine-mounted high-pressure fuel pump
• Designed for gasoline direct injection (GDI / FSI / TFSI) fuel systems
• PWM-controlled pressure regulation for precise fuel delivery
• 2-pin electrical connector
• Manufactured to OEM specifications for direct-fit replacement
• Hepu part number: HP5613
• EAN: 4250093424139

This high-pressure fuel pump is a critical component for maintaining proper fuel rail pressure in direct-injection engines. Symptoms of a failing HPFP can include hard starting, rough idle, reduced power, and fault codes related to fuel pressure or fuel trim.
