DBA DBAKIT50023 5000 Series Brake Upgrade Kit with Rotors and Pads

The DBA DBAKIT50023 is a complete brake upgrade kit from Disc Brakes Australia (DBA), engineered to deliver significantly improved stopping performance over standard OEM brake systems. Designed for drivers who demand more from their brakes — whether towing, off-roading, hauling heavy loads, or spirited street driving — this kit bundles DBA's premium 5000 Series components into a single, ready-to-install package.

What's Included:

• DBA 5000 Series disc brake rotors
• Performance-level brake pads
• All necessary hardware for installation

Key Features:

• 5000 Series 2-Piece Rotors — Composite design combining high-carbon cast iron rings with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum hats, reducing unsprung weight while improving heat management
• Kangaroo Paw Ventilation — DBA's patented vane system delivering up to 20% better heat dissipation compared to conventional rotor ventilation designs
• T3 Slot Pattern — Tri-symmetrical CNC-machined slots increase exit points for brake dust and gases, providing quieter, more responsive braking with reduced fade
• Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) — Proprietary heat-cycling process applied to XG-150 grey iron that relieves internal manufacturing stresses for maximum thermal stability and reduced metal fatigue
• Thermo-Graphic Heat Paint (TGHP) — Color-changing paint markings on the rotor edge allow monitoring of peak braking temperatures, changing color at predetermined critical thresholds
• NAS Hardware — National Aerospace Standards bolts and crimp nuts secure the two-piece rotor assembly for durability under extreme conditions

The DBA DBAKIT50023 is recommended for high-performance street vehicles, track day use, club racing, rally applications, 4WDs, SUVs, and vehicles used for towing or heavy-duty hauling. DBA's 5000 Series kits are a trusted upgrade for drivers who need reliable, fade-resistant braking performance beyond what stock components can provide.
