Delphi SS21090 ABS Wheel Speed Sensor

The Delphi SS21090 is a direct-fit ABS wheel speed sensor (also known as an ABS sensor or vehicle speed sensor) engineered to restore proper function to your vehicle's anti-lock braking system. As a critical safety component, the wheel speed sensor continuously monitors wheel rotation speed and transmits that data to the ABS control module, which uses it to prevent brake lockup and maintain vehicle stability during hard braking events.

Delphi is a trusted original equipment (OE) supplier with decades of experience manufacturing the very parts vehicles were built with at the factory. The SS21090 is designed and validated to OE standards, ensuring an accurate signal and a like-for-like replacement that installs straight from the box.

Key Features:

• OE-quality construction — built to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Plated connector pins — corrosion-resistant plating on the weather-pack connector helps prevent internal and cable short circuits
• Digital signal output — designed for maximum signal-to-noise ratio, delivering accurate wheel speed data even at low speeds
• Temperature-resistant design — maintains optimal performance across drastic temperature changes for robust sensor protection
• Direct-fit replacement — matching OE mounting and connector design allows for fast, hassle-free installation
• Protects against mechanical damage — OE design helps prevent soiling, sensor wheel damage, and increased wheel bearing free play

Replacing a faulty ABS wheel speed sensor with a quality Delphi unit helps restore proper operation of your ABS, traction control, and electronic stability systems — keeping critical safety technology functioning as intended.
