Delphi SS12435 Camshaft Position Sensor

The Delphi SS12435 is a direct-fit camshaft position sensor (CMP sensor) engineered to deliver precise crankshaft and camshaft timing signals to the engine control module (ECM). Delphi is an OE supplier to major automakers, and this sensor is built to the same exacting standards as the original equipment it replaces.

The camshaft position sensor monitors the rotational position of the camshaft and relays that data to the ECM, enabling accurate fuel injection timing, ignition timing, and variable valve timing (VVT) operation. A failed or failing CMP sensor commonly triggers a Check Engine light, rough idle, hard starting, misfires, or reduced fuel economy.

Key Features:

• OE-grade design and materials for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Direct-fit replacement — no modifications required
• Precision-wound sensing coil for accurate RPM and timing signal output
• Connector and mounting hardware match original equipment specifications
• Helps restore proper fuel trim, ignition timing, and VVT function
• Manufactured by Delphi, a trusted OE and aftermarket supplier

The Delphi SS12435 is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement for worn or faulty camshaft position sensors, making it an ideal choice for professional technicians and DIY mechanics alike.
