Product Details

COMP Cams 26987 dual valve springs are engineered with state-of-the-art techniques and premium wire, delivering exceptional reliability and consistency for performance automotive applications. This dual spring design is the go-to choice for a wide range of applications, accommodating both hydraulic flat tappet and street hydraulic roller camshafts.

Key Specifications:

  • Outer Diameter: 1.442 inches
  • Installed Height: 1.800 inches
  • Spring Rate: 391 lbs/in
  • Open Load: 355 lbs
  • Coil Bind: 1.129 inches
  • Maximum Lift: .575 inches (flat tappet) or .610 inches (hydraulic roller)

Manufactured from Super Clean wire and subjected to extensive quality control testing, these dual valve springs deliver superior strength, durability and valve train stability. The dual spring design creates a stronger assembly that can easily handle the increased lift found in extreme stress applications.

This spring set replaces older part numbers 978-16, 985-16, 986-16, and 987-16, providing improved performance with higher frequency characteristics for modern street performance engines.

So good so far ,

I contacted customer service because I was not able to sign on with google to leave a positive review. they did not get back to me within 24 hrs like they say Also pictures show the incorrect product for the description for example a picture of Interlux 2333N has a description for Interlux 333, different product yes some pictures for the Interlux 333 show the correction description I assumed you don't have Interlux 2333N so I ordered from someone else.

all items showed up in different packages with one tracking number for 3 separate packages
