The Wells 2M1607 is a vapor canister purge solenoid valve designed to control the flow of fuel vapors from the EVAP (Evaporative Emission Control) system canister to the engine intake manifold. This critical emissions control component helps prevent harmful fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere while allowing the engine to burn trapped vapors during normal operation.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for OEM vapor canister purge valve
  • Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Controls purge flow to maintain proper air-fuel mixture
  • Helps ensure compliance with emissions standards
  • Precision-manufactured for reliable operation and durability

Wells Vehicle Electronics is a trusted name in automotive emission control components, offering quality replacement parts backed by extensive engineering and testing. This purge solenoid valve is designed to restore proper EVAP system function and help eliminate check engine lights related to purge flow issues.

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.
