ACDelco 16238399 GM OE Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

The ACDelco 16238399 is a GM Original Equipment fuel tank pressure sensor designed to monitor pressure within the vehicle's evaporative emissions system. This sensor plays a critical role in the EVAP system diagnostics by measuring vacuum and pressure levels during purge operations, helping to detect leaks and ensure compliance with emissions standards.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement GM Original Equipment part for reliable fit and function
• Monitors fuel tank pressure for EVAP system leak detection
• Ensures proper evaporative emissions control system operation
• Provides accurate pressure readings to the vehicle's engine control module
• Helps prevent check engine light codes related to EVAP system pressure

This sensor is essential for maintaining proper emissions system function and preventing fuel vapor leaks. When the EVAP system performs diagnostic tests, this sensor provides the ECM with precise pressure data to verify system integrity.
