Product Details

The Ididit 1520790010 is a plain-finish tilt steering column with floor shift, built as a retrofit replacement for classic muscle cars. It is designed for use with aftermarket steering wheels. It bolts in using the original under-dash mount and floor mount, and it works with the factory wiring and plug.

Key Features:

  • Tilt column with floor shift and a column-mounted key location
  • Plain finish with an 8-position design
  • Includes self-canceling turn signals, 4-way flashers, and knobs and handles
  • Direct mount type, bolt-in installation
  • Overall length of 33.5 inches
  • Engineered to fit the factory location. In many cases it returns the steering wheel to its original position.

Ididit has made steering columns in Tecumseh, Michigan since 1986. This retrofit column gives hot rod and muscle car builders a bolt-in way to add tilt adjustability.

You can tell customer service is important to this company. Not only were the prices lower than other places but they communicate the status of the order and shipping very well. They obviously care what people think. I was suspicious of all the positive comments but decide to try them anyways. Very happy I did and definitely plan on buying from them again.

Great price - even with shipping price was still 10% less than the lowest price I found with "free" shipping. Great communication and fast shipping. Glad I found the site!

Excellent place to deal with. I am a returning customer and love the fast shipping!!

Autoplicity won my loyalty as a customer on two separate counts. Firstly, I am always researching the web for the lowest possible price on an item even while I am in the process of actually ordering it. I had filled in all of my info on their order page and had competed almost everything required concerning making this order. All that was left to do was my clicking of the final 'link' actually confirming the order. At this point I totally stopped and looked elsewhere on the web. A couple of hours later I came back to my computer and was surprised to see an email from Autoplicity asking me why I hadn't fully completed my order and offering me 3% off the purchase price if I would complete it. I immediately finished and submitted the order without hesitation. Secondly, a day or so after I had made the order, I received another email from Autoplicity offering me an additional $5.00 rebate if I wrote a review of my experience with them. Do you think they really want me as a customer? YOU BET!! I like companies that do business like this. They know how to make and keep loyal customers.

Went to ebay, amazon, and summit racing looking for this part and finally found it here after looking on this site for about 10 seconds.

Best prices I have found. They got me a tracking number within 2 business days. Can't wait for my goods to arrive. Will be using this site again for sure.

Autoplicity, was very easy to use, very fast, and an enjoyable experience. I would recommend to my closest friends!!
