R1 Concepts dfc2002-54164 Drilled Slotted GeoPerformance Brake Rotor

The R1 Concepts dfc2002-54164 is a drilled and slotted GeoPerformance series brake rotor engineered for drivers who demand superior stopping power and thermal management over a standard OE replacement rotor. Built to direct-fit OEM specifications, this rotor installs without modification for a straightforward upgrade.

Key Features:

• Drilled & Slotted Design: Cross-drilled holes and machined slots work together to evacuate heat, gas, and brake dust from the rotor face, reducing brake fade during repeated or heavy stops
• GeoPerformance Construction: Precision-machined from high-carbon gray iron for consistent bite, extended pad life, and minimal rotor flex under load
• Corrosion-Resistant Coating: Zinc-washed or e-coated hat and edges resist rust and corrosion, keeping the rotor looking clean between brake jobs
• OE-Style Direct Fit: Engineered to match original equipment dimensions including hat height, rotor diameter, and hub bore for a no-hassle installation
• Balanced & Tested: Each rotor is computer-balanced and tested for runout to ensure smooth, vibration-free braking performance

The dfc2002-54164 is part of R1 Concepts' performance rotor lineup, designed as a step up from plain replacement rotors for drivers who want improved heat dissipation and consistent pedal feel. Compatible with OE-style or performance brake pads.
