DriveWire RM31870001 Upstream Air/Fuel Ratio Oxygen Sensor 4-Wire OE Replacement

The DriveWire RM31870001 is a direct-fit, OE-replacement upstream air/fuel ratio oxygen sensor designed for the 2006–2008 Mazda MX-5 Miata. Also commonly referred to as an O2 sensor or A/F sensor, this 4-wire unit installs in the upstream (pre-catalytic converter) position and delivers precise exhaust gas oxygen readings to the vehicle's engine control unit (ECU).

Key Features:

• Direct-Fit Replacement: Plug-and-play installation with factory-spec wiring, harness, and connector — no cutting or splicing required
• 4-Wire Construction: Heated sensor design for faster warm-up and accurate readings across a wide range of operating conditions
• Air/Fuel Ratio Monitoring: Precisely monitors exhaust oxygen content to optimize the air-fuel mixture for combustion efficiency
• Zirconia Sensing Element: Provides fast, accurate sensor response to changes in exhaust gas composition
• Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Exterior sealing resists silica deposits, moisture, and contaminants to promote long service life
• OE-Quality Standards: Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Sold Individually: One sensor per package
• Wire Length: Approximately 8.86 inches

A properly functioning upstream oxygen sensor is critical for fuel economy, emissions performance, and catalytic converter longevity. The DriveWire RM31870001 restores your exhaust monitoring system to factory performance, helping reduce harmful emissions and prevent costly downstream repairs.
