Product Details

The J.C. Whitney TK28230003 is a front lower ball joint designed as a direct OEM replacement, cross-referencing Kia OEM part number 54530-A9000 (also listed as 54530A9000). This ball joint serves both the driver and passenger sides — a single part number fits left and right installations.

The lower ball joint is a critical suspension component that connects the front lower control arm to the steering knuckle, allowing controlled pivoting movement while supporting the vehicle's weight. Worn or damaged ball joints can cause clunking noises, uneven tire wear, and compromised steering precision, making timely replacement essential for safe vehicle operation.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement — engineered to match original equipment specifications
  • Fits front lower control arm, left and right (RH = LH)
  • Cross-references OEM part number: 54530-A9000 / 54530A9000
  • Restores proper suspension geometry and steering response
  • Designed for precise, factory-fit installation

OEM Cross-Reference: 54530-A9000, 54530A9000

Shipping was very reasonable and extremely fast!

I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

Ordering went quick and easy! Hopefully delivery goes quickly also!

It was great

Easy 2 Thumbs up !
