J.C. Whitney SET-JF27160009 Rear Brake Caliper Kit OEM Replacement 2-Wheel Set

The J.C. Whitney SET-JF27160009 is a complete rear brake caliper replacement kit designed as a direct OEM-style fit. This two-wheel set includes two brake calipers — one driver side and one passenger side — providing everything needed to restore proper rear disc brake function on applicable Ford E-Series vans.

Rear disc brake calipers are a safety-critical component of the braking system. When hydraulic pressure is applied via the brake pedal, the caliper pistons clamp the brake pads against the rotor to slow and stop the vehicle. On heavy-duty vans designed to carry significant loads, calipers work under high heat and pressure and can develop seized pistons or deteriorated seals over time, making periodic replacement essential for safe operation.

Kit Contents:

• (2) Rear Brake Calipers — Driver Side and Passenger Side
• OEM replacement design for direct-fit installation

Key Features:

• OEM replacement design ensures proper fit and function
• Two-caliper set covers both rear wheels for balanced braking
• Restores full hydraulic clamping force to the rear brake circuit
• Engineered to meet original equipment performance specifications

For best results and even braking performance, calipers should always be replaced in pairs. Brake fluid should be flushed and the system bled upon installation. Professional installation is recommended for all brake system repairs.
