Brake calipers are a critical safety component of the disc braking system. Working in conjunction with brake pads and rotors, the caliper uses hydraulic pressure to clamp the pads against the rotor and bring the vehicle to a stop. Over time, calipers can seize or leak due to heat exposure, requiring replacement to maintain safe and reliable braking. This OEM replacement caliper is designed to restore factory-level stopping performance.

Installation Note: The Fiat 500 rear caliper features an integrated park brake mechanism. The piston must be retracted by rotating it clockwise using a proper rear caliper piston retractor tool — do not compress with a standard C-clamp, as this will damage the integrated park brake.
