Product Details

The J.C. Whitney RF19230005 is an HVAC air inlet blend door actuator designed as a direct OEM replacement for Ford Focus and Transit Connect models. This actuator controls the position of the air inlet door within the HVAC system, regulating airflow between recirculated cabin air and fresh outside air for proper heating and cooling performance.

A failed blend door actuator is a common cause of air coming from the wrong vents or at the wrong temperature, as well as rhythmic clicking or ticking noises from behind the dashboard. This replacement unit restores proper HVAC operation and eliminates those symptoms.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement for Ford part numbers AV6Z-18731-A, AV6Z-18731-B, and CV6Z-18731-A
  • 2-pin male terminal connector for plug-and-play installation
  • Designed for vehicles without dual-zone A/C
  • Restores proper airflow direction and temperature control
  • Eliminates clicking or tapping noises caused by a failed actuator

OEM Cross-Reference Part Numbers: AV6Z18731A, AV6Z18731B, CV6Z18731A, AV6Z-18731-A, AV6Z-18731-B, CV6Z-18731-A

This company is super fast to get you your order! I ordered online and figured it would be at least a couple days or so until my order would even get processed. I think they overnighted it to me! The package showed up undamaged and sealed. Unfortunately, I may have to return the product as I am thinking I would like the spikes shorter but that is no fault of Thmotorsports. Hopefully their customer service is as superior as their ordering and shipping. At this point I would definitely shop there again and recommend them.

Ordering is very easy. Prices are good. Very helpful staff.
