Replacement RN28080001 Front Right Steering Knuckle Passenger Side

The Replacement RN28080001 is a front right (passenger side) steering knuckle engineered as a direct OEM-quality replacement. The steering knuckle is a critical front suspension component that connects the wheel hub assembly, strut, lower control arm, tie rod end, and ball joints into a single rigid unit, allowing the wheel to both steer and absorb road inputs simultaneously.

This knuckle is designed without a backing plate and without a bearing, and includes an ABS sensor mounting hole for vehicles equipped with an anti-lock braking system. It replaces OEM part numbers 40014-4M400 / 400144M400 and 40014-5M000 / 400145M000.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit OEM replacement — engineered to match original factory dimensions and geometry
• Front, passenger side (right-hand) positioning
• Includes ABS sensor mounting hole
• Hub and wheel bearing not included — knuckle only
• Steel construction for durability under suspension and steering loads
• Replaces OE part numbers: 40014-4M400, 400144M400, 40014-5M000, 400145M000

Steering knuckles typically require replacement following impact damage or when stud bores become distorted, preventing secure seating of ball joints or tie rod ends. This replacement unit restores proper steering geometry and suspension integrity.
