Product Details

The Replacement RD46390002 is a direct-fit front upper door hinge for the driver side (left) of Ram 1500 and Ram 2500/3500 trucks. Engineered as an OEM-equivalent replacement for Mopar part number 68058515AA, this hinge restores proper door alignment, smooth operation, and a tight, rattle-free fit to factory specifications.

Door hinges are a critical structural component that support the full weight of the door and maintain correct panel gaps. Over time, worn or damaged hinges can cause sagging doors, misaligned latches, wind noise, and accelerated weather seal wear. This replacement hinge addresses those issues with a bolt-in installation that requires no modifications.

Key Features:

  • Position: Front door, upper hinge, driver side (Left Hand)
  • Direct OEM replacement for Mopar/Chrysler part number 68058515AA
  • Bolt-in fitment — no drilling or modification required
  • Restores factory door alignment and eliminates sagging or binding
  • Constructed to OEM specifications for durability and long service life
  • Includes coverage for 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic models

Compatible with Ram 1500 (2009–2018), Ram 1500 Classic (2019–2022), and Ram 2500/3500 (2010–2024). This hinge is sold individually and replaces the upper front driver-side hinge only.

This company is super fast to get you your order! I ordered online and figured it would be at least a couple days or so until my order would even get processed. I think they overnighted it to me! The package showed up undamaged and sealed. Unfortunately, I may have to return the product as I am thinking I would like the spikes shorter but that is no fault of Thmotorsports. Hopefully their customer service is as superior as their ordering and shipping. At this point I would definitely shop there again and recommend them.
