Bard 800-0649BX Cooling Distributor Assembly

The Bard 800-0649BX is an OEM cooling distributor assembly designed for use in Bard wall mounted HVAC systems. This critical refrigerant distribution component meters and routes refrigerant evenly through the evaporator coil circuits during cooling operation, ensuring stable heat transfer and consistent system capacity.

Key Features:

• Factory OEM replacement part for proper fit and compatibility
• Distributes refrigerant evenly into coil feeds for optimal heat transfer
• Maintains proper evaporator performance and superheat control
• Boxed packaging for protection during shipping and storage
• Designed to match original tubing configuration and connections

When a distributor becomes restricted, damaged, or develops a leak, replacing it with the correct Bard factory part helps restore designed pressures, superheat balance, and overall cooling performance. Confirm compatibility by matching the full part number to your unit model and serial number before ordering. Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician following standard refrigerant handling and brazing practices.
