Engineered Marine Products 93-04326 Aluminum Anode Kit Sacrificial Corrosion Protection

The Engineered Marine Products 93-04326 is an aluminum sacrificial anode kit designed to protect marine engine and drivetrain components from the damaging effects of galvanic corrosion. Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this kit provides a convenient all-in-one replacement solution for maintaining proper corrosion protection on compatible outboard or sterndrive applications.

Key Features:

• Aluminum alloy construction — conforms to Mil-Spec A-24779(SH) for consistent, high-quality corrosion protection
• Ideal for use in saltwater and brackish water environments
• Sacrificial anode design protects more noble metals (propeller shafts, fasteners, casings) by corroding preferentially
• Kit format includes all necessary anode components for a complete service replacement
• Direct OEM cross-reference replacement — no modifications required
• Manufactured by Engineered Marine Products (EMP), a trusted supplier of marine engine components

Aluminum anodes are the preferred choice for saltwater and brackish water use, offering superior electrochemical activity compared to zinc in mixed-salinity environments. Replace anodes when mass has been reduced by approximately 50% to maintain continuous galvanic protection. Never paint anodes, as coating will inhibit their protective function.
