Product Details

The EPI EZCSK8 PDrive Clutch Service Kit provides essential tools for clutch maintenance and service on CVT-equipped powersports vehicles. This comprehensive kit simplifies clutch removal and installation procedures, making professional-level service accessible for DIY mechanics and technicians.

Kit Includes:

  • CVT Locking Tool (EZCALT4) - Secures both primary and secondary clutches together for safe and easy removal and reinstallation of retaining bolts without clutch rotation
  • Clutch Puller (PCP-15) - Specialized puller tool designed to safely remove the primary clutch from the crankshaft without damaging threads or clutch components

These tools are essential for proper clutch service, belt replacement, and maintenance on PDrive CVT systems. The locking tool prevents clutch movement during bolt removal, while the puller ensures safe extraction without the risk of damage that can occur with improvised removal methods.

It's the information I needed for my boat motor. The only issue I had with this maintenance manual was the way the manual was finished. I've worked the the graphic arts industry for 50 years and am well versed in print finishing. The book will no doubt stay together, however there is excessive glue on the spine as the cover wraps around the front/back that distracts from the overall appearance.
