The American Axle & Manufacturing 74047015 is a complete spider gear kit designed for GM 8.6-inch 10-bolt open differentials with 30-spline axles. This kit is compatible with differential case casting numbers 7875 and 1073, commonly found in 2000-2008 GM trucks and SUVs including Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, and Escalade models.

Kit Includes:

  • Two side gears
  • Two pinion gears
  • Four thrust washers
  • Cross pin shaft and cross pin bolt

AAM spider gear kits are uniquely designed to match OEM requirements, ensuring proper fit and performance for your specific vehicle. This genuine American Axle component provides reliable operation for open differential carriers and is an ideal replacement for worn or damaged spider gears. This version fits disc brake rear differentials with two large access windows on the carrier case.

Note: This kit is for open differentials only and will not fit limited-slip, posi-traction, or gov-lock carriers.
