American Axle & Manufacturing 26060977 Pinion Flange Repair Sleeve

The American Axle & Manufacturing 26060977 is a precision-engineered pinion flange repair sleeve designed to restore the sealing surface on worn differential pinion yokes. This adapter sleeve provides a cost-effective solution for repairing oil leaks from the pinion flange without requiring complete differential disassembly or expensive yoke replacement.

Key Features:

• Restores sealing surface by covering worn grooves with a smooth contact layer
• Compatible with GM 10.5" and 11.5" 14-bolt rear differentials and Dodge/Ram AAM rear axles
• Enables use of triple-lip pinion seals for superior leak protection
• Precision-machined for exact fit and reliable sealing performance
• 2.200" inner diameter (yoke seal surface) and 2.370" outer diameter (seal surface)
• Approximately 0.809" overall height
• Genuine OE-quality American Axle & Manufacturing component

This repair sleeve installs directly onto the existing pinion yoke, allowing the use of modern triple-lip pinion seals without costly teardown. The triple-lip design offers improved pressure resistance, dust protection, and extended service life compared to standard single-lip seals, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications with high torque loads. Often sold by OEM dealerships only as part of a complete yoke assembly kit, this individual sleeve provides significant cost savings while maintaining OE quality standards.
