Mueller Industries B34550 RELIEFMASTER Change-Over Manifold Straight Thread

The Mueller Industries B34550 is a RELIEFMASTER® Change-Over Manifold designed for refrigeration and HVAC applications requiring pressure relief valve management. This straight thread manifold features female NPT external (NPTFE) inlet connections and female NPT internal (NPTFI) outlet connections, providing versatile installation options for pressure relief systems.

Key Features:

• Change-over manifold design allows easy replacement of attached relief valves and rupture discs while the system remains operative
• Maximum abnormal pressure (MAP) rating of 700 psig (48 bar) for high-pressure applications
• Straight thread connections for secure, leak-free installation
• Compatible with various refrigerants when properly configured - consult factory specifications for CFC, HCFC, HFC, and HFO refrigerant compatibility
• Designed for use on liquid receiver applications above the liquid refrigerant level
• Enables integration of pressure relief valves, rupture discs, and pressure gauges for comprehensive system protection

The RELIEFMASTER® Change-Over Manifold is engineered to provide reliable overpressure protection in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring safe operation while allowing for maintenance without system shutdown.
