SK Hand Tools 815 TurboSocket 3/8" Drive 15mm Standard Metric Socket

The SK Hand Tools 815 is a 15mm Standard TurboSocket with a 3/8" drive, engineered specifically to remove damaged, rusted, stripped, or corroded fasteners that conventional sockets cannot grip. Whether you're dealing with rounded bolt heads, oil pan drain plugs, or corroded marine fasteners, the TurboSocket's unique internal geometry bites into the fastener as torque is applied, providing a secure grip where standard sockets fail.

Key Features:

• 15mm metric size with standard (shallow) depth profile
• 3/8" square drive compatible with standard ratchets and breaker bars
• 6-point TurboSocket design grips and removes damaged, rounded, and corroded fasteners
• Removes slotted and Phillips head screws too tight for a screwdriver
• Handles thin, rounded, or tapered heads that other sockets slip on
• Ideal for oil pan plugs, corroded marine nuts and bolts, and manifold nuts
• Chrome finish over alloy steel construction for strength and corrosion resistance
• Overall length: 1-1/4 inches
• Simply place over the damaged fastener and turn — no special technique required

Usage Notes: To release the fastener after removal, tap the socket on a hard surface or use a punch to knock it free. Do not use TurboSockets with impact wrenches or power tools — hand use only to prevent tool damage and ensure safety.
