ACDelco 26345840 GM OE Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner

The ACDelco 26345840 is a GM Original Equipment accessory drive belt tensioner designed to maintain proper tension on the accessory drive belt system. Engineered to the same specifications as the factory-installed component, this tensioner ensures consistent belt tension to keep engine-driven accessories — including the alternator, power steering pump, and air conditioning compressor — operating reliably.

Key Features:

• GM Original Equipment: Manufactured to GM OE specifications for a precise, factory-quality fit and performance
• Consistent Belt Tension: Maintains proper tension on the serpentine or accessory drive belt to prevent slipping, squealing, and premature belt wear
• Durable Construction: Built with high-quality materials to withstand the heat and vibration demands of the engine bay environment
• Direct-Fit Replacement: Designed as a direct OEM replacement — no modifications required for installation
• ACDelco Quality: Backed by ACDelco's reputation as the original equipment supplier to General Motors vehicles

The ACDelco 26345840 belt tensioner is the recommended OE replacement part for maintaining the integrity of the accessory drive system. Replacing a worn or failed tensioner helps prevent unexpected belt failure, reduces noise, and protects accessory components from damage caused by improper belt tension.
