Featuring a manual override knob and tinned control wires, this bi-stable relay delivers 500A continuous current capacity and up to 1500A during cranking — making it a powerful and space-saving replacement for traditional solenoids and remote battery switches.

Configurable via onboard dip switches, the 8710-1500 can function as a standard relay/battery disconnect, a voltage sensing relay (VSR), or a low voltage disconnect (LVD) — all without rewiring. Remote ON/OFF/Auto control inputs allow forced open or close operation, or fully automatic voltage-based switching. Local and remote LED indicators provide clear status awareness at all times.
