GPD 2711506 OE-Replacement Turbocharger Intercooler

The GPD 2711506 is a direct-fit OE-replacement turbocharger intercooler engineered to restore proper charge air cooling on turbocharged and diesel engines. Built by Global Parts Distributors (GPD), a brand with over four decades of thermal management expertise, this intercooler is manufactured to OE specifications for a straightforward, no-modification installation.

Turbocharged engines compress intake air, which significantly raises its temperature and reduces oxygen density. A properly functioning intercooler — also known as a charge air cooler or CAC — cools that compressed air before it enters the combustion chamber, improving engine efficiency, power output, and reliability. A cracked, leaking, or degraded intercooler can cause reduced power, excessive smoke, and long-term engine damage.

Key Features:

• OE-spec construction — engineered to match original equipment fit, form, and function
• 100% leak tested — every unit is pressure-tested before leaving the factory
• Durability tested on every new design to ensure long-term reliability
• High-quality materials — built to the same design standards as GPD radiators and condensers
• Direct-fit replacement — no cutting, drilling, or modifications required
• 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

The GPD 2711506 intercooler is the dependable, cost-effective solution for restoring turbo system performance to factory specifications.
