Ranco RTXVM-0.25B-1 Thermostatic Expansion Valve 0.25 Ton R134a

The Ranco RTXVM-0.25B-1 is a compact M Series thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) designed for small refrigeration and air conditioning systems using R134a refrigerant. This precision valve automatically regulates refrigerant flow to the evaporator by sensing superheat through a thermal sensing bulb, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.

Key Features:

• 0.25 ton cooling capacity rating for compact applications
• Formulated for R134a refrigerant systems
• Adjusts refrigerant supply volume based on evaporator outlet superheat degree
• Available in external or internal balance configurations
• Laser-welded power head for superior strength and long diaphragm life
• Standard 30-inch capillary tube length for flexible installation
• Available in adjustable superheat (straight-way style) or non-adjustable (right-angle style) designs

The Ranco M Series TXVs are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of small refrigeration equipment, providing reliable metering control for walk-in coolers, refrigerated cases, beverage coolers, and similar applications. The thermal sensing bulb continuously monitors refrigerant conditions to maintain proper superheat and prevent liquid refrigerant from reaching the compressor.
