Brembo 2PD.8045AR GT Big Brake Kit Rear 2-Piece Rotor Upgrade System

The Brembo 2PD.8045AR is a rear GT Big Brake Kit (BBK) from Brembo's renowned GT upgrade system lineup — complete braking systems derived from the world of motorsports and engineered to deliver unrivaled stopping power on both street and track.

At the core of this kit are aluminum radial-mounted fixed calipers with opposing pistons, designed for maximum rigidity and minimal deflection under extreme braking loads. The calipers are paired with 2-piece composite brake rotors that can be drilled or slotted depending on the kit variant, offering superior heat dissipation and resistance to thermal shock cracking.

Key Features:

• Motorsport-derived engineering — components developed directly from Brembo's racing program
• Aluminum radial-mounted fixed calipers with opposing pistons for consistent, fade-resistant braking
• 2-piece composite rotor design — reduces unsprung weight and improves thermal management
• Drilled or slotted rotor finish — enhances heat dissipation, clears brake dust and gases
• High-performance brake pads with optimized friction compounds included
• Stainless steel braided brake lines — DOT/TÜV approved for street and track use
• Billet caliper mounting brackets and all necessary hardware included
• Fully compatible with OEM ABS and traction control systems
• Direct bolt-on installation — no permanent modifications required

The Brembo GT system is engineered to provide noticeably more immediate and decisive braking action that remains consistent even under repeated high-speed stops. Whether you're pushing your vehicle on the track or demanding more from spirited street driving, the 2PD.8045AR rear brake kit delivers the confidence and control that only Brembo can provide.
