Moose Racing 504-2000 Exhaust Wrap Basalt 2" x 50'

The Moose Racing 504-2000 is a high-performance basalt fiber exhaust wrap designed to reduce heat radiation from exhaust systems on motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. This 2-inch wide by 50-foot long wrap helps lower engine bay temperatures, protect nearby components, and can improve exhaust flow efficiency by maintaining higher exhaust gas temperatures.

Key Features:

• Basalt fiber construction offers excellent heat resistance and durability
• 2 inches wide x 50 feet long - enough to wrap most motorcycle exhaust systems
• Reduces radiant heat by up to 50% for cooler engine compartments
• Helps protect boots, bodywork, and other components from exhaust heat
• Can improve performance by maintaining higher exhaust gas velocity
• Natural volcanic basalt material is more eco-friendly than fiberglass alternatives
• Withstands continuous temperatures up to 1400°F (760°C)

Basalt exhaust wrap is an excellent alternative to traditional fiberglass wraps, offering superior strength and heat resistance while being less irritating to skin during installation. This wrap is ideal for powersports enthusiasts looking to manage exhaust heat and protect their investment.
