Cylinder Works 30009-1 Standard Bore Replacement Cylinder 48.5mm Bare

The Cylinder Works 30009-1 is a standard bore bare replacement cylinder engineered as a direct bolt-on alternative to your worn OEM cylinder. Featuring a 48.5mm bore, cast aluminum construction, and a nickel silicon carbide (NSC) electroplated bore, this cylinder is built for long service life and reliable performance in 85cc two-stroke applications.

Key Features:

• Standard Bore: 48.5mm — matches OEM specifications exactly
• Nickel Silicon Carbide (NSC) plated bore — provides exceptional wear resistance and superior oil retention properties
• Cast aluminum construction — lightweight and durable, identical in appearance to OEM
• Ready-to-install — no re-plating or machine work required
• Sold as a bare cylinder — compatible with aftermarket or OEM-spec pistons and gaskets of your choice
• Made in the U.S.A. — machined and plated domestically to strict quality standards
• Compression ratio: 10:1 – 9.2:1
• Engine displacement: 85cc

Unlike the kit version (30009-K01), the 30009-1 is sold as the cylinder only, giving you the flexibility to pair it with the piston, rings, and gaskets of your choice. This is ideal for builders who already have preferred components or are sourcing parts separately for a top-end rebuild. Cylinder Works cylinders are new — not remanufactured — offering a cost-effective and time-saving alternative to sending your original cylinder out for re-plating or boring.
