Moose Racing UNIV8A Universal 4-Stroke Heat Shield 8 Inch

The Moose Racing UNIV8A Straight Section Heat Shield provides critical protection for riders and gear from hot 4-stroke exhaust headers. This 8-inch universal heat shield is designed to fit over the section of pipe that comes in contact with your leg and boot, preventing burns and damage to your riding gear.

Key Features:

• Constructed from anti-ballistic composite material—the same high-performance material used in Moose Racing's custom molded pipe guards
• Includes stainless steel mounting brackets for secure installation
• Universal design fits virtually all 4-stroke headers on ATVs and dirt bikes
• Essential protection for aftermarket exhaust systems that lack factory heat shields
• Lightweight yet durable composite construction resists heat and impact
• Made in the USA

Many aftermarket exhaust manufacturers omit heat shields from their systems, leaving riders vulnerable to burns from extremely hot 4-stroke exhaust pipes. This straight section heat shield solves that problem by providing a protective barrier between the exhaust header and your leg, preventing damage to boots, pants, and most importantly, preventing painful burns during riding.
