Moose Racing POL-7088 Complete CV Axle Kit for Polaris ATV UTV

The Moose Racing POL-7088 is a complete CV axle kit engineered as a direct OEM-style replacement for Polaris ATVs and UTVs. Designed to meet and exceed factory specifications, this fully assembled half shaft kit delivers improved strength, reliability, and longevity over the stock axle.

Key Features:

• Chromoly steel construction — precision machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings up to 35% stronger than OEM
• ISO9001 / TS16949 certified manufacturing — produced in a state-of-the-art quality-certified facility
• Induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for long-lasting lubrication
• High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) for a secure, reliable connection
• Stainless steel dust boot clamps — low-profile design protects CV joints from contamination
• Precision rolled splines and threads for accurate fitment and torque transfer
• Fully assembled and pre-lubed — ready for installation right out of the box
• Torture tested to failure to ensure maximum durability under the most demanding off-road conditions

The POL-7088 complete axle kit includes fully assembled outboard and inboard CV joints mounted on a 4340 chrome-moly steel axle bar, along with a spindle nut and washer where applicable. It is a drop-in replacement that exceeds OEM fit, form, and function — making it an ideal solution for restoring performance on worn or damaged Polaris driveline components.
