Product Details

The Cycle Craft 20734 is a precision-engineered #45 pilot jet designed specifically for Keihin CV carburetors. This OEM-quality replacement jet allows you to fine-tune your carburetor's fuel-air mixture for optimal engine performance, particularly after modifications such as exhaust system upgrades or air filter changes.

Key Features:

  • 0.45mm diameter pilot jet for accurate fuel metering
  • Precision-manufactured in Japan for exacting tolerances
  • Direct replacement for OEM Keihin CV carburetor pilot jets
  • Essential for carburetor tuning and adjustment
  • Commonly used as a step-up from stock #42 jets for improved performance

Pilot jets are critical components in the carburetor's low-speed and idle fuel delivery system. The #45 size is particularly useful for altitude adjustments or when compensating for increased airflow from performance modifications. Proper jetting ensures smooth throttle response, eliminates hesitation, and prevents lean running conditions that can damage your engine.
