Honeywell MP913A1177 Pneumatic Damper Actuator with Spring Return 3-13 PSI

The Honeywell MP913A1177 is a low-force pneumatic damper actuator designed to provide proportional control of variable volume dampers in small high-velocity mixing boxes and HVAC applications. This spring return actuator operates on a 3 to 13 PSI pressure range, delivering reliable performance in demanding commercial and industrial environments.

Key Features:

• Pneumatic operation with 3-13 PSI spring range for fail-safe spring return functionality
• Compact design measuring 2-5/8 inches high (plus 3/4 inch for shaft) by 2-1/4 inches diameter
• Durable neoprene rolling diaphragm for long service life
• Can be used with or without a crankarm for installation flexibility
• Barbed fitting for 1/4 inch O.D. plastic tubing connection
• 1 inch stroke for precise damper control
• Operating temperature range of 50°F to 140°F
• Maximum operating pressure of 30 PSI
• Operating humidity range of 5% to 95% RH

What's Included:

• 90-degree angled mounting bracket (14002809-001) with 3-point attachment
• 3/8 inch - 16 threaded shaft

This actuator serves as a direct replacement for Johnson and Robertshaw damper actuators in variable volume applications. It is suitable for direct replacement only and should not be used to replace larger damper actuators. The MP913A1177 provides proportional control capability essential for maintaining proper airflow in VAV (Variable Air Volume) systems and high-velocity mixing boxes.
