Kenda 0426230016 Small Block 8 Mountain Bike Tire

The Kenda Small Block 8 is a high-performance cross-country mountain bike tire designed for speed and efficiency on hard-pack terrain. Based on the highly successful John Tomac Nevegal tire, this tire features 8 smaller Nevegal-shaped knobs running across the tire to provide exceptional bite and traction.

Key Features:

• Dual Tread Compound (DTC) technology with hard-wearing center knobs for fast rolling and softer shoulder knobs for enhanced cornering grip
• 120 TPI folding bead construction for lightweight performance and easy installation
• Eight small knobs running laterally across the tire for multiple contact points with the ground
• Tubeless-ready design compatible with UST and tubeless conversion setups
• Optimized tread pattern provides minimal rolling resistance while maintaining impressive grip

Ideal for cross-country racing, trail riding, and hard-pack conditions, the Small Block 8 delivers fast acceleration and reliable traction. The dual compound design ensures durability in the center tread while providing confident cornering performance. This tire excels on dry, hard-pack trails but is not recommended for loose or muddy conditions.
