Danfoss 067N9528 Thermostatic Expansion Valve 1/2"x5/8" ODF R454B 6 Ton TXV

The Danfoss 067N9528 is a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) engineered for HVAC/R systems using R454B refrigerant with a 6-ton capacity. This precision metering device regulates refrigerant flow into the evaporator, maintaining optimal superheat control for maximum system efficiency and performance.

Key Features:

• 1/2" inlet x 5/8" outlet ODF (flare) connections for reliable, leak-free installation
• Specifically calibrated for R454B refrigerant, a low-GWP alternative to R410A
• 6-ton capacity rating suitable for medium commercial and large residential applications
• Factory-set superheat with field-adjustable capability for precise tuning
• Durable brass body construction for long service life
• Internal or external equalizer configuration (verify model specification)
• Compatible with Danfoss universal mounting accessories

This TXV ensures proper refrigerant metering across varying load conditions, preventing liquid floodback to the compressor while maximizing heat transfer efficiency. The valve's precision manufacturing delivers consistent performance and reliable operation in both air conditioning and refrigeration applications. Installation requires proper superheat adjustment and sensing bulb placement per manufacturer guidelines.
