Wiseco PK1938 Powersports Forged Piston Kit with Rings, Pin & Circlips

The Wiseco PK1938 is a precision-engineered forged powersports piston kit designed and built for a specific 2-stroke or 4-stroke powersports engine application. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, this piston kit delivers the strength, reliability, and performance that Wiseco has been known for throughout their 80+ year history in performance piston manufacturing.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction — manufactured from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength, reduced weight, and improved heat transfer
• Dedicated forging — application-specific design allows for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio tailored to the exact engine requirements
• Complete kit — includes piston, high-performance ring set, alloy wrist pin, and circlips for a full top-end rebuild
• Tight manufacturing tolerances — CNC diamond-turned finish ensures precise sizing with no variation, guaranteeing proper fit and long service life
• ArmorGlide / race-ready dome finish — smooth edges on 4-stroke applications promote improved combustion flow and reduced friction
• Compatible with multiple bore compositions — suitable for use in cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bores
• Made in the USA

The Wiseco PK-series piston kits are a go-to choice for both competitive racers and recreational riders looking to restore or upgrade their powersports engine. Each kit provides everything needed for a complete and reliable top-end rebuild in a single part number.
