Carli Suspension CS-DBCA-03-CLR Billet High Clearance Extended Control Arms

The Carli Suspension CS-DBCA-03-CLR Billet High Clearance Extended Control Arms are precision-engineered upper control arms designed specifically for 2003-2009 Ram 2500/3500 4x4 trucks equipped with 3-inch suspension lift systems. These premium control arms solve common alignment and clearance issues while delivering exceptional durability and performance.

Key Features:

• Machined from a solid piece of 6061 billet aluminum for maximum strength and weight savings
• Re-centers the front axle on 3-inch suspension systems, restoring proper geometry
• Offset machined outer design provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires at full steering lock
• Greasable and serviceable stainless steel spherical joints reduce vibration and extend service life
• High clearance design prevents contact with obstacles during off-road use
• Extended length optimizes caster angle for improved steering stability and handling

These control arms are essential components for properly lifted Ram heavy-duty trucks, combining race-proven spherical bearing technology with aerospace-grade aluminum construction. The greasable joints ensure long-term reliability while the high clearance configuration maximizes ground clearance and approach angles for serious off-road capability.
