OTC Tools S06G 6-Ton Geared Jack Stand Pair with Extendable Handle

The OTC Tools S06G is a pair of 6-ton geared jack stands, also called vehicle support stands, designed to hold a raised vehicle safely in place. They complement 4-ton and 6-ton service jacks and are sized for utility vans, step vans, vocational trucks and smaller heavy-duty vehicles. Sold as a pair.

Key Features:

• Geared design lets you set the stand from a safe distance using the 50" extendable handle, so you do not need to crawl under the vehicle
• Turn the handle and the support arm rises to meet the vehicle
• Self-locking geared ratchet handle cannot be released under load
• Arm locks in place with a ratchet and pawl mechanism
• Handle has three individual locking sections, extending from 19" to 50" and collapsing to fit in a toolbox drawer or to store with the stands
• Formed and welded high-quality steel base for strength
• Welded foot pads resist sinking into soft ground or asphalt
• Clear multilingual safety and capacity markings
• Meets the newest ASME PASE safety standards

How it works: Slide the stand under the vehicle using the extendable handle, then turn the handle to raise the support arm until it meets the vehicle. Once the load is lifted off the stand, use the handle to lift the release lever and pull the stand back.

Important: Geared jack stands are for support purposes only and are not designed to lift vehicles.
