Product Details

The Sonnax 63741-05K TCC Control Valve Kit/Low Brake Switch Boost Valve Kit is designed for 1st and 2nd design Jatco/Nissan RE5R05A, RE7R01A, JR710E, JR711E, and JR712E transmissions. This precision-engineered valve body repair kit solves common torque converter clutch concerns and harsh downshift issues caused by bore wear and pressure leakage.

Key Features:

  • Sleeve manufactured from highly wear-resistant aluminum alloy for maximum durability
  • Hardcoat anodized aluminum valve combats premature wear
  • Drop-in Zip Valve design for quick and easy installation
  • Sleeve diameter: 0.239 inches
  • Repairs TCC control sleeve and Low brake switch boost sleeve wear

Solves These Common Problems:

  • TCC lockup shudder, premature or bumpy apply
  • Torque converter slippage and burnt converter
  • Harsh downshifts in RE7R01A, JR710E, JR711E, and JR712E transmissions
  • Apply pressure leakage in the TCC control sleeve
  • Wear and leakage in the Low brake switch boost sleeve

Important Application Note: This kit is specifically designed for 1st and 2nd design valve bodies only. Do not install into 3rd or 4th design RE5R05A castings with 0.282-inch diameter bores, as this will cause excessive apply pressure and drivability concerns.

Sonnax valve body kits are precision-manufactured to restore proper hydraulic control and extend transmission service life. This complete kit provides everything needed to repair worn bores and restore proper TCC operation and shift quality.

Rapid delivery. No problem s

Only complaint is with UPS-paid for 2 day shipping, but evidently that does not include weekend. Ordered Wed night, THM processed on Thurs morning promptly. Didn't receive item till Monday. Other than that, A+ for THM.

Had what I needed and easy to checkout.

When others said they could not ship the product to me, they said due to shipping restrictions, these guys could and did. Thank you.

Best price for the item I needed!
