Sonnax 124740-24K Oversized TCC Regulator Valve Kit for Ford 6F50/6F55 GM 6T70/6T75

The Sonnax 124740-24K oversized TCC regulator valve kit re-establishes correct valve-to-bore clearance, restoring normal TCC operation in Ford 6F50, 6F55 and GM 6T70, 6T75, and 6T80 (Gen. 2) transmissions. This kit addresses TCC apply issues caused by bore wear at the TCC regulator valve, which can result in slipping TCC, no TCC apply, fluid overheat and poor fuel economy.

Key Features:

• Lengthened spools provide additional bore contact support and improved sealing
• Hardcoat anodized aluminum valves combat premature wear
• Annular grooves help center valves in bore to reduce future side-load wear
• Oversized design compensates for worn valve body bores

Kit Includes: Spring, TCC Regulator Valve, Shuttle Valve, and End Plug

If the valve becomes stuck in the apply position, harsh TCC apply will result; if stuck in the release position, no TCC apply or TCC slip will occur. This kit requires bore reconditioning prior to installation to restore proper hydraulic control and transmission performance.
